“Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise.” — Proverbs 19:20
Every great golfer has someone in their corner a coach, a caddie, a mentor. Why? Because growth doesn’t happen in isolation.
In both golf and life, we can’t see everything from our own perspective. Sometimes we need someone to adjust our stance, help us read the green, or speak truth into blind spots we’d rather ignore.
Correction isn’t criticism it’s care. And feedback, when given with love and received with humility, is a gift.
Scripture reminds us that wisdom isn’t found in going solo, it’s found in listening, learning, and leaning on others who want to see us grow. Even the most seasoned players benefit from fresh eyes and sound advice.
At Kingdom Golf Club, we believe in being coachable not just in the game, but in our walk with God. Because iron sharpens iron. And sometimes the breakthrough comes not from grinding harder, but from being humble enough to listen.
This week: take the advice, accept the adjustment, trust the process. You weren’t made to do this alone.
